Not my favorite. I really thought Fallon was in on it at first and was then relieved that he wasn’t. I’m not into poop jokes or genuinely causing someone distress. That’s not in good fun, in my opinion. 

I would’ve much preferred a consensual version of Fallon’s “chase.”

A Bump In Boohail is a really cute novella about Cinnimon and Fallon and the first Samhain after Mayva is dispelled, which is he biggest festival of the year. This story had spice and this story also happened to be hilarious! It's preferable to read this after you've read book two, "That Time I Got Drunk and Yeeted a Love Potion at a Werewolf", as this is considered book two and a half or 2.5

The spice in this was nice, the one scene we got in this was great! I'm giving this 4 chilies out out 5 chilies 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️worth of spice.

This, as you might imagine, isn't as good as the proper entries in the series, but reading it made for a fun enough morning, and it was nice to get to see Fallon and Cinnamon again.

Unfortunately, I was less impressed with this Mead Realm short story than I've been with the bigger books. 

I just felt like everyone was super mean in this story, which was contradictory to how most of them are in the other stories. Don't get me wrong, I love a good jump scare and I'm not above revenge pranking, but the pranks in this story went too far for me.
