Great stories, poems, and life lessons from a great black woman. I loved listening to her voice in the audio book. She only ever gave birth to a son and wrote this collection of stories for all her daughters; I like thinking I'm included in that. It was great to read over Martin Luther King Jr weekend as it pulls on your heart to be a better American citizen and friend to all.
