When I saw other reviews mentioning how much of the advice is common sense, i didn't fully believe them but it is. still. not a bad read.

Despite being short, this book took me forever to read! It was slow going. The target audience seems to be business people (salespeople, bosses, etc.), which I'm not. But, most of these tips do seem to be good and effective, even if some seem a bit cheesy or obvious.

Opposite of what majority of people are doing now.
