"Using her life a torch, I want to carry her throughout the house and light up every single dark part of my world. I want to fill it to the brim with her."

This book is about Casey, who was born to a crack cocaine addicted woman who abandoned her at a church. Her life started out really bad and continued until she's 17. One day she comes 'home' and there is a man who wants her to come with him, and even though she doesn't know what his intentions are she feels safe. I myself didn't get any creepy vibes from him even though he acted that way a couple of times. Like Casey, I had to figure out what was going on myself.

"Two of the most abnormal people on Earth. Yet, right now, we fit in. We belong. Together, we make up something beautiful."

I am going to be super vague because I don't want to spoil anything. But the characters in this book all are very special and my heart went out to all of them. They take Casey into their home and give her something she never had: a loving/caring home and family. It isn't always easy to be part of this family and there are very difficult times, but they have each other. There were a couple of heartbreaking moments that had me in tears. A couple of things I saw coming early on in the story but the author had a couple of other surprises up her sleeve like always!

"Love isn't something you can control. It controls you. Fills you up and infects every part of you until all you can do is just live and breathe it every second of every day."

My Torin was an unusual love story, with broken characters. Both main characters are seen as weird or not normal, but in my opinion the things that make them different make them unique and beautiful. I loved seeing them growing as individuals and finding love. This was another original story by K. Webster, I can always count on her to come up with something new and refreshing. I highly recommend this book to my fellow book lovers.

descriptionHoly Christ on a cracker. My first 5-Star book of 2018 and I don't even know where to begin with this review. I am basically a sobbing emotional mess. I want to hug this book and never let it go. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. K's best work to date (IMO).

So I will start off apologizing because this review will be vague. I don't want to give a single minute of this story away. It's a book best gone into blindly. Trust me when I say you will not be sorry. This was fantastically well written. The pace was perfect. The plot was engaging and had me hooked from page one. It was heartbreaking. It was sweet. It was hopeful. Your emotions will be ALL over the place. I can't remember the last time a book legit made me sob uncontrollably. I didn't find this one particularly angsty and there was no OW/OM drama. It's tamer sex wise than some of this author's other books, but that was perfect for this story. The sex scenes we get were suitably hot. There weren't too many secondary characters as the focus was more on the three main ones, but the few that are sprinkled about added good background to the plot. I ADORED all three main characters. OMG...I don't even know where to begin. All three were just brilliantly written. It was very obvious that this author did her research, and she did it well. Last, it was all wrapped up in an ending that AGAIN had me bawling my eyes out.

Nothing left to say about this one. It was amazing and you would be crazy to give it a pass. With that in mind yours truly will give it two HUGE thumbs (and eight fingers and ten toes) up.description

I didn’t know much about this book going into it. I think that’s how you should go into it too. My mind was so confused in be beginning. I thought I knew the route it was going but then something would happen and I would change my mind. These men in this book would do ANYTHING for Casey. With her childhood the way that it was she deserved to be treated like a princess. You WILL get answers by the end. That’s all I’m going to say about this book. Go on K Webster’s website and buy this ebook.
