This is a very honest memoir and so easy to read. It sometimes felt like I was just catching up with a friend. However, when she mentioned some poker terminology later in the book, I would struggle to remember what it meant, and sometimes it felt like she took to long on events that didn’t really matter. Overall, I would recommend this book and I am very glad I read it.

I wasn't particularly captivated or impressed by this book. Was it an interesting story of an ambitious woman who made a career in a man's world? Absolutely, and good for her! However, I felt that the narrative lacked depth, never going much deeper than recounting events, which admittedly were pretty cool at times. The whole thing just felt too long and probably could've been recounted in half the number of pages. Not a bad read at all though, especially if you like autobiographies.
