I wanted to like it so bad. The story was great the execution fell flat.

I wasn’t sure how I felt about this book until the end, but having finished it now I would say it was very well done. Towards the last section of the book I was worried that things were flying off the rails a little too much, but everything was wrapped up in a way that made sense at the end. I found the characters compelling and realistically written.

I thought this was a 4 star book right up until the epilogue, which I absolutely hated hated hated. It’s less than 2 pages long, so I’m just kind of pretending it doesn’t exist...

Twisted psychological thriller. Had me from the start. You never know what is happening or who is behind it all.

Confusing and melodramatic. Unlikable characters. The last chapter saved this book from getting a 1-star rating from me.

This book was verynintense. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time reading it.

A very twisted book indeed. I found the writing very unique, and the POV was from 4 characters. Lena, Jasmine, Hannah and Lena's father Matthias. From paragraph to paragraph, you get different POVs. It took me a bit to get into this style of writing, but I loved this intense story.

Warning. There are trigger warnings in this book such as rape, imprisonment, physical abuse, and murder!

Libro desconcertante.
