Frustrating. Before the Sunset is frustrating. I love Reese and Finn together. I love their friendship and the banter and the flirting. What I don’t love and what makes no sense to me at all is Reese’s complete inability to trust Finn. He has never given her a reason not to trust him, yet she spends 85%ish of this book twisting his (very obvious) words and refusing to believe that he could be being honest with her. Make it make sense!
One more book to go in this series. I’m hoping for less use of the word “as” and even less “waggled his/her/my eyebrows”.
