I admit I have no daughters, I requested this for myself. 100 Words of Affirmation your Daughter Needs to Hear full of ways to boost your daughter such as telling them how much they mean to you, how much you love and care for them, but its also useful for yourself as a woman as we need to hear these affirmations for self esteem and self love too. So I’d recommend it for the mums as well as daughters.

Reading this as a wife, I really connect with the affirmations. I was curious how much of these would resonate with me especially as a woman whose life language is words of affirmation. I think 90% of these are ones I either resonate currently or have in the past few years. Simple and easy book for husbands to use as a resource!
