Mentions Alice in Wonderland and Humpty Dumpty a lot in the beginning.
Talks about suicide, takes as example a trans person, then goes over to identifying the sex at birth and that we only use 2 options (Based on chromosomes to determine the sex, only x chromosomes in any amount or order =female. With X and at least one Y chromosome in any amount or order =male.)
It sounds like an activist writing a book with a lot of nonsense .... give me a break.

The author missed the Topic completely.
Instead of giving a “Short Introduction” to Poststructuralism including different views and major contributors, you have been giving mainly politics opinions and an activist rant about everything the author doesn't like or thinks is “wrong”.

Requires thinking and discussion. Thankfully I know people who have knowledge on these topics more in depth to help. Also the internet would help.

This is a really quick, elucidating read into poststructuralist theory. It left me feeling like I have an adequate hold on the general theories of Saussure, Lacan, Lyotard etc., and definitely left me wanting to their works.
