It was awesome. My review is probably biased though, I just love everything Armentrout writes :P

It felt really good to see the old characters again, Seth, Deacon and Apollo specially, but also meet new characters in a new story that's not so far from we saw before was really great. I loved Jossie, she's really cute, maybe too moral by now, I'm sure we'll see her struggle with that on the next books, and in a way I'm glad she's like that so she doesn't see to alike Alex. I really hope Alex and Aiden make an appearance in the next books. I look forward to see what's next for story :)

I loveddd being back with Seth again and really delving into his story more. What he's really like. I thought Josie was cool however I found it hard to detach her from Alex becauSe EVERYONE KEPT COMPARING THEM DEAR LORD STFU. How am I supposed to fall in love with this story when every 5 seconds someone is saying this is like Aiden and Alex's story all over again? What made this story worth it was seeing some of the old crew members doing good in life, seeing them happy and also seeing Seth start to realise he can be loved, regardless of his past. Plus the sexy times didn't hurt ;)

The more Jennifer L. Armentrout books I read, the most I realize she is rapidly becoming an auto-buy author for me. This series was a welcome return to her Covenant world, and I absolutely loved it. Exciting, sexy, and all around fun, I was hooked right from the get-go.

While it’s been a few years since I read the original series, I have to say that I instantly became charmed by Seth and his sassy nature. He turned out to be a great character and I would love to see how he grows from here. Josie is also an easy-to-relate to young woman. She is strong of will and personality, and I always rooted for her and truly cared for her awkward, sweet self.

The relationship between the two accelerates quickly, but I found it so charming and fun that I couldn’t help but want them to be together all the time. Armentrout excels at making almost every interaction they have teasing or fun or sweet or downright boiling with heat. This is hands down one of my favourite romances of the year.

The action, world building, twists, and side characters further added to the book’s charm. Armentrout’s writing is top notch and this is exactly the book I wanted to relax with. An absolute must have for anyone wanting a fun, sexy urban fantasy romance. I’m ready to start the next one!

This book was total perfection!! I am now dying for the next book in this series. I never thought i would see the day that Apollo being so compassionate his daughter. I can see now why he didn't want to unbind her powers on his own I mean who wants to kill his own daughter. What I love about Josie is that she gets it right to make Seth feel special even though she knows about his past and she makes him feel that he isn't just the Apollyon but just Seth. Josie is Seth's salvation and i do hope that they would love each other as much as Alex and Aiden loves each other. Seth deserves happiness and I hope the gods will give him a chance to be happy even though he made a deal with them.

¡Guau!
