I haven't read anything this gut wrenchingly sad in a while and it was so beautiful and profound in that sadness. The love that was shared between these characters was truly beautiful and I'm a mess. I loved the second person pov also I thought it fit so well and made the emotions felt by the characters that much realer like they were my own.

Loved this book! I teared up/cried several times! Ben is my favorite character, but all the others get plenty of growth and complexity that I appreciate, and overall I was satisfied with the bittersweet ending.

Second person POV is not my jam and I found the writing very disjointed and repetitive, but the narrative itself was very beautiful and astoundingly sad.
