A nice follow up to The Last Chance Hotel. It was a bit slow in the middle and the twists weren't as good.

Another amazing Nicki Thornton book! I love these series and this book was amazing, like the first one. I really enjoyed the book and I loved the plot twists! I really liked the end of the book. It was very, very interesting!

I would say that this book wasn't that good as "The last chance hotel" but still it was still really good.
Overall I really recommend this book!

I think it was a pretty good book. I don’t like reading mysteries that are fro older people and really creepy so it was a good book for me. I like the twist part way through where you find out Mina isn’t dead and Celeste is.

I'm really enjoying this series. The mix of mystery and magic really appeals to me and I love the main character Seth. As with book one, I read this second book really fast, having the audiobook on for hours while I walked the dogs and did chores.

My only complaint with this one really was how similar the setup was to book one, I do hope that the third book varies things a bit more. There were some advances to Seth's personal story though that were very intriguing and I'm eager to read book three.
