🛑 ‼️🚨I do want to say that this book should have had trigger warnings for sexual abuse of children, self harm, thoughts and actions of suicide, and a pretty graphic scene of death. 🛑 ‼️🚨

Okay, so I read this book in one day mostly because I’m doing a book challenge. While I did like this book, it was a bit hard to get through….
The plot was quite slow and it switched characters so many times sometimes it was a bit overwhelming.  However it is still a good read, the author writes very well and her plot was a good one, I just wish she would have fleshed a few things out more especially
the villain of the story Tim. Like yes it’s cool that it hits you out of nowhere but at the same time I kinda would have liked more story on him

Loved this book! It was a medium paced read with a completely unexpected twist at the end. TW for other readers that it does include child sexual abuse which I feel didn’t add to the story line and could have been excluded. There is also mention of anorexia which also did not add to the story. I NEVER expected the twist in the end, which I enjoyed. I love a book with an unexpected ending. Overall, I really enjoyed I Am Watching You and would recommend to other readers that enjoy suspense books

This was...fine?
I’m not a fan of when the killer turns out to be like purposefully super buried until near the very end. I’m wracking my brain trying to think if there was any clues to who the killer was until the end, but there wasn’t. So the killer is a lame surprise because the only way one could figure it out or know for sure is when the author decides to tell you. It’s also lame because you don’t know anything substantial about the character until it’s revealed at the end.

That’s really my only major complaint.
The book wasn’t totally bad, but it also wasn’t anything impressive at all.
