I enjoyed this book even more than the first. Rainor and Thomas are great together and I love the developing family that the flight is becoming. So looking forward to Delos’ book.

This was an amusing, fast-paced book. I like this group of firefighting dragons.
His grip on my arm stayed tight, and he pulled me closer until I was just inches away from his chest, looking up at him. Droplets of water dripped from his jaw onto my cheek. And then, like there was no possible way to stop it from happening, our lips pressed together.

I liked Rainor's character in book 1. He was described as a loving, compassionate character. Here he's acting like an asshole most of the time. There wasn't much of a plot either. I might be curious about the offsprings but the books aren't interesting enough to keep me reading the rest of the series.
