Cute premise of being able to call your younger self and offer up some advice.

Another one of those books I checked out for my sister....
It wasn't bad, I guess. The idea was interesting enough, and it was easily readable. It reminded me of another book I read like this [I believe it was Before I Fall - which I did like better]
Just a simple book. not overly developed but quidlibet.

And the plot thickens...kind of...sort of...yeah, not really. But the character's commentary made up for the lack of plot. However, this is my opinion. Many others, I'm sure, would disagree.

this book was an ok read but it had no real plot. I didn't know where this book was going and that made it hard to want to continue reading. if your bored this isn't a bad read but its not very enthralling or captivating.

Really loved this. I also couldn't help picturing the protagonist as Rachel from the Magic in Manhattan series.

Okay, so I probably should have listened to my best friend when she DIDN'T recommend this to me after reading it. My overall impression? eh. I just pretty-much-wasted over 5 1/2 hours of my life.
I mean, I didn't *hate* it. I just didn't like it. At all. So at the beginning it was taking a serious extension of belief to even keep myself reading it, but eventually I was just having a hard time forcing myself to read it, just cuz it was kind of boring. A few years ago? I probably would've loved it. But this kind of book just isn't really my thing anymore. I'm not a huge fan of time killing 'fluff' books anymore.
I'm 15, and I don't really recommend this book.

What would you tell your 14 year old self if you could call her on the phone? I love the concept of this book! Plus the main character(s) are great and dynamic. A smart, funny look at regrets and second chances.

Absolutely LOVED this book! The storyline was fresh and topical - what if you could call your fourteen-year-old self? How different would your future be? Should you be grateful for the moments you've had and shared with others and use those memories to move forward?
That is what Mlynowski explores in this novel.
