Enjoyed this much more than the second installment - probably almost as much as the first one. Just not sure what the last chapter was meant to tell me. ^^ But I guess I'll find out in the next book?!

Still a fun read, still funny, still with a lot of that typical Hitchhiker's Guide flair. But there was just a lot I didn't like in this one. I don't know enough about cricket to get all the references. I thought leaving Dent on prehistoric Earth for five solid years was glossed over a little too cheerfully, the flying thing got a little too literal and I thought the new space-ship lacked the charm of the original. There are still a ton of fun ideas bounced around and I think they settled into the time travel a little better in this than in the Restaurant at the End of the Universe, but overall not my favorite of the series so far
