Ace Locke and Dylan "Daydream" Prescott have stolen my heart again, and in this beautiful conclusion to their story they solidified that in the most memorable way, that being the wedding of the year! It was so perfect, I laughed (a lot) I cried, I swooned and I thoroughly enjoyed every word.
Wedlocked takes place a pretty much where Locked (book 2) left off, give or take a couple months. And right away I fell back into place with some of my favorite characters. You really get a mixed bag of great people in this book, including characters from Ella’s temptation series, and Sunset Cove series, and my FAVORITE women of all time from Brooke’s hilarious L.A. Liaisons series. I don’t want to focus too much on that, because this story is all about Ace and Dylan, but these characters hold such a special place in my heart and I firmly believe that the relationships formed throughout this series are what make it so heartwarming and relevant.
Dylan and Ace are back with their natural and funny banter about everything from wedding planning to awkward parents, and some pretty great sexual interactions as well, and by great, I mean hot. With these two sexy men, even the slightest innuendo is like foreplay for the reader. Ella and Brooke have taken co-writing to another level, and have truly mastered their craft and I swear they share one brain. I know everyone uses the phrase “seamless transition” and I’m sure that Ella and Brooke have heard this more than once, but it’s absolutely true and I think that only attests to how great they are as a fierce writing duo. It’s pretty remarkable.
Can we talk about the Cabo bachelor party for a minute? That was seriously so much fun, I loved every word of it! It was hilarious and clever and I really felt like it belonged in a movie. The videographer aspect of it was genius and I laughed so hard at what Ace and Dylan had planned for their friends and family. (Oh, Carlos. LOL) I’m pretty sure they did it to torture their people, but it was great entertainment for me! Definitely one of the highlights of this book amongst many others.
This book was exactly what I needed, it’s so full of love and romance and it just filled my little bookie heart in so many ways. With everything that Ace and Dylan have gone through, it was so nice to see all of those loose ends get tied up and give them peace for their life moving forward. And those wedding vows, don’t even get me started. I was a sobbing, snotting, blubbering mess and I want to thank Ella and Brooke for giving that to me because I was sincerely moved by all the words. By the end of this book I was done for, and with my red puffy eyes and wet cheeks, I sat down to write this review in hopes that people would read it and see how much this series has moved me. I hope all of my romance reader friends will give these books a chance because they are so worth it. These amazing writers put their heart and soul into their characters and you can feel it so deeply from the opposite side of the page, and I hope they keep writing together forever because it really is magic what they’re able to accomplish together.

Ace and Dylan kissing in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G first comes love, then comes marriage! Oh I was so excited about this book! I’ve been charmed by Ace and Dylan’s story from the very beginning so I couldn’t wait to get my handles on Wedlocked. I teared up a little to be saying goodbye to them. I absolutely adore them as a couple and as individuals. Despite my desire to keep this series going forever, this was the perfect conclusion to their story.
There is very little drama in this book. That’s one of the things I admire about Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank. They are able to write a story that is enchanting and captivating without having a whole lot of drama involved. This is extremely refreshing. It was a balm to my mind and soul. It was beautiful, heartwarming and at times downright funny. I’m still smiling from reading it, hours later. Plus there were fabulous cameos from everyone from their other works. I really hope that this isn’t the last we’ll see of them writing together.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Wedlocked is book three in the PreLocke series. A contemporary MM romance.
After mentions of Ace in Confessions series (I read the series all out of order) I just had to find out what the fuss was about and met this couple. I was not disappointed!
I absolutely adore Ace and Locke. They are most definitely one of my fave BrElla couples (seriously I have a new one every time they bring out another book). These two are absolutely beautiful together. Wholesome and sweet. Even with the steam and spice.
But this book has all the cute and sweet feels. Plus the bachelor party brings so many BrElla faves together, my biggest faves being Logan & Tate but I can't pass up Posh & Derek.
The epilogue though, if this book didn't have enough perfection as it was. BrElla had to end it with all of the feels. The heart strings weren't just pulled the were yanked.

I Loved
-The red carpet scene.. Omg! I loved how Dylan was freaking out and the way he was starstruck. So cute.
“Holy shit, that’s Gene Kelly’s handprints,” I said, stopping beside a square block of cement with his signature and hand-and footprints.
An amused grin crossed Ace’s lips. “Have you never been here before?”
“No,” I said, another square catching my eye. “Dick Van Dyke? Damn.”
I saw the familiar scrawl of his name, as well as his imprints and the date.
“Oh my God,” I said, crouching down to put my hands over Ace’s prints. “Your hands are fucking huge.”
-The Bachelor party guest list: the best place I would have loved to be.
Ace & Dylan
Finley & Brantley
Derek & Jordan

Yes!
Logan & Tate Ummmm! Tate & Logan
"You’re just one big offense, Logan. How does Tate put up with you?”
“With a firm hand and a full mouth. These are the two things that keep me…in check.”
It was Perfection
-Then the red velvet chocolate cake..lets just say that scene!

-The Wedding…
You, Ace, are the most generous, selfless man I’ve ever met. You give of your time, your money, yourself to everyone around, and I’m so incredibly lucky to be the one you come home to. You love hard and fiercely, and I never feel more safe than I do in your arms.”

“How much do you want?”
“I want you to give me everything.Everything, Dylan.”
-The Epilogue, made me so happy.
I will always love Ace & Daydream Dylan.

Very rarely for me does a series/trilogy stick out for me, I have a short list of top all time favorites, these books happen to be one of those rare ones. I can't tell you exactly what it is about these books &/or characters that pulled me straight in to them but whatever it is, it was magical. I loved Dylan from when he was introduced in the Sunset Cove series. It's not that he is broken, because I do love a broken man who finds a man that helps him repair his life, it was more he was "almost" broken by his past but he overcame it and didn't let it cripple him. With Ace it was the opposite, he had a happy childhood but felt he had to hide his true self until he met Dylan. The chemistry between these two was Logan and Tate good to me, that is the biggest compliment I can give a couple.
I laughed, I teared up, I laughed some more and then I gasped because it was the end of the book. I wanted more. I still want more. I was left with a few questions that I need answered but mainly I left happy. Dylan and Ace left a joy in my heart from just reading their story. If real life was only this good. The secondary characters like always were fantastic, I can't say how much the friends and family make these three books so awesome. Ella and Brooke seriously know how to bring family and friends into their stories and make you want to know more about them but more often than not be friends with these characters.
The ending- nope, that canNOT be the ending (or a great beginning of something special) of these two, we have to have a novella of two other characters that were mentioned (hint L&T) with more Ace and Dylan telling us more.
