My favorite parts of Frieren so far have been arcs like this one that delve into a particular character or situation over multiple chapters. Denken's situation has been hinted at before but now we are learning more about the situation surrounding Macht and Glück. It's more complicated than thought previously and it has a lot to say about demons relationship with humanity. I'm excited to learn more and see if Frieren can help Denken reverse the spell cast on Glück.
