There are all highs and lows in books, from great and complex plot lines to the damaging lack of character dynamics. This book is no exception to this dilemma. Pretty predictable and a bit boring, but cute, good as a YA. If you want something easy and simple to read, pick it up.

Amusing enough. Read as a medieval romance for my 2017 romance reading challenge.

I wasn’t really expecting a lot from this book, but it was super cute! It also avoided playing into the sexist misconceptions about the Middle Ages (women never have say in who they marry, noblewomen just sit around all day) and gave us a really dynamic heroine.

The only thing I can remember about this book is that I thought it would have been about a million times better if it'd been called Guenevere and the Theif.
