Dual POV. She’s 20. There’s more to the story than the synopsis leads you to believe. It was a little confusing in the beginning with all the vague references and trying to keep track of people and relationships; especially since they mainly use letters for nicknames. I do love that she actually has guy friends and they aren’t the love interest. The banter is there but it’s way more flirty flirty than snarky flirty (on his end. Hers is a bit more snarky). Billed as enemies to lovers but it’s really not at all. She has reasons for not wanting to date a football player but she never hates him and he never hates her (for the start of the relationship). This does end on a cliff and is a trilogy following them both.

Well that ending was a kick in the fucking teeth... I didn't realise it was a cliff hanger ending
