The first ever Gothic novel written! Fascinating!
I often find classics difficult and shrouded in high school memories (because it was obligatory to read them), but this one I could read relatively easily. Theodore was such a gem 😂
Also, men 🙂↔️ Imagine having your son die and because you’re so anxious about your lineage not being passed on, trying to force your hand onto your son’s wife! 😫
Quite the rollercoaster, I must say. I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars, thank you ✨
