I love this series, and the more I read of it the more and more I enjoy it.

I loved being back in the world of our Neanderthal Quinn and the crazy, amazing Janie.

There was more of the ladies and gentlemen of the knitting group - these ladies just crack me up, such a wacky crew that compliment each other so well.

Can't wait to move into the next book to see what they are up to next

That is the most I have ever highlighted a kindle book ever. Once again Penny Reid has bowled me over with her amazing writing and characters.

Finding other contemporary romances that match up is going to be hard!

I am a sucker for Romance books where the friendships are just as big a deal as the romantic relationship.

This delivers, these ladies are a cast. I look forward to reading more in this series. I enjoyed the mix of steamy, fact spewing - embrace your weird, unconditional love of friendship moments.

Solid follow up to the first book!

DID NOT LIKE: when the hero demands that she never talk about her period again. Seriously? Are we reverting back to the red tent?

I finished the first book in the series and immediately jumped into the next book, especially when I realized this one is still about Janie and Quinn, the couple in the first book. I loved them so naturally, I wanted to see what happens with them next.
I found Neanderthal Marries Human to be as funny and well-written as the previous book. Janie is still an adorable dork and Quinn is smitten and protective. I did think some of the situations were a bit more contrived than in the first book, but this is still a lot of fun. There's more about some of the other characters, especially the women in the Knitting Club; I assume the rest of the series is about them. This is a fun and funny series, something I need right now though laughter is welcome any time. I can't wait to read about Elizabeth and Nico.
