This is what all romance should strive to be! Alec is the most caring, romantic, loving guy - and he doesn't even know it and doesn't want love. Sky is just an incredible person and despite Richard and her parents, she's herself and proud of that. I just love their sweet - smoking hot - relationship. Plus the settings - England and Puffin Island - were magical. I did not want this one to end!

This was the first series by Sarah Morgan that I read but that didn’t last long. Just read through her Puffin Island series and fell seriously in love. The way she writes is so inspiring and engaging, I can’t wait to dig my teeth into the next set of books. •Hello Manhattan series•
Anyway everyone here needs to go download the series immediately and fall in love with Emily, Britt & Sky like I did. (Also don’t forget Lily & Nic - their story is a novella prequel, also amazing)
I don’t think there are enough words for me to say how much I loved this book. I’ve throughly enjoyed reading all of the Puffin Island stories and have fallen more and more in love with the three girls and their guys as each story progressed. But this one however literally pulled at a part of my heart so hard I felt like there was a weight in my chest.
The way the emotion is written in this story is fantastic and I literally had to swallow the sob that was trying to break through, although a few tears did manage to escape. I felt exactly what Sky was going through when she was battling with her feelings for Alec; and the moments where she was trying to talk to Emily and Brittany only to fail were heartbreaking.
Guys, If you love LOVE like I do, go download these books...you won't be disappointed.

This installment was the perfect holiday read and easily my favorite of the series! The chemistry and slow burn relationship between Alec Skylar had me devouring it in one night. If this is the end of the series, I couldn't have asked for a better finale. For those who have read other Morgan books, there were some hidden gems as well, which I loved.

Despite having all the things you'd usually find in a romance novel (read: nothing new), I really liked how this book took great pains in trying to communicate what true love really is. I loved Sky's quote about love not about being two halves of a whole, because both people are already whole, but they're just choosing to share their life with someone else. At this point I'm not even sure if it was Sky who said it, or Alec, but they keep talking about what true love is and that's the part I liked. It's my first time to read something from Ms. Morgan, I think, and I didn't even know this was part of a trilogy, but I really liked this (+Puffin Island sounds amazing!), so I'll probably read more of her books.

Ganz nett zu hören, auch wenn das deutsche Hörbuch schon sehr gekürzt war und sehr leise gelesen -

Best book so far by Sarah but that's what I have been saying about almost every other book by her!

The book equivalent of a Hallmark Christmas movie. It manages to have not one but two romantic Christmases - one British and one in Maine. Romance between two people who genuinely like each other throughout the book.

I loved all of the Puffin Island stories but this one made me cry! Skylar and Alec melted my heart!

Not really very good. Boring, predictable and a bit of a drag to read. Won't be bothering with any more chick lit novels for a while
