First novel for this author, and for a first novel it’s pretty good. Well thought out plot, great characters, kept me turning the pages. When it got the chapter before last I did think that was the perfect place to end the story, but when I turned the page and realised there was another chapter, I did think that it would spoil the whole book, trying to drag it out, but actually, I really enjoyed it. We got to know the characters during the book, and I loved the way the last chapter gave us a glimpse into the what next, where did they end up, how did life work out! I think sometimes books forget that, you wanna know what happened next, and this answered all those questions.

There are a few editing mistakes, but for a self published first novel, it’s better then anything I could manage. I really enjoyed it, and can’t wait to see what’s next and see the authors writing develop.
