Once again Konrath does not disappoint. I would not normally pick up a book about human cloning but there is even more to the twisted plot that drew me in and hooked me. We have a list of 10 major historical figures that were cloned 30 years ago and they are being murdered one by one. I do not want to give any more away but the historical tie ins, the gruesome deaths, and the suspense gives a little something for everyone. A great read even though the end was a bit over the top with clones going wild but an entertaining read.

Terrible. The book started strong and I was interested and then it just got dumb. Not only was the story dumb but the writing was terrible. The dialogue was juvenile. I felt like I was reading a book written by a 14 year old. Gave up. Surprised I read most of it. Just kept waiting for it to get better...

This was a fun book with well written characters. I caught myself laughing out loud a few times. It is along the lines of a James Rollins style scientific thriller\mystery. Definitely check it out if you are into that style of book.

He lost me as soon as I realized this book was about clones. Really? Thomas Jefferson, Albert Einstein, Joan of Arc, Abe Lincoln, Atilla the Hun, Jack the Ripper? Somehow, I powered through anyway, but it just seemed ridiculous. I will say, however, the execution of said ridiculous plot wasn't bad. It was a nice light read with a decent writing style to match. Maybe I'm just not into the 'technothriller' genre enough. One way or another, I'm really looking forward to having a better book than this for middle of the night feedings.

I read this because Tom Mankowski from the "Jack Daniels" series is the lead. A far fetched story on cloning & government conspiracies. Has the typical Konrath humor. It was a little outlandish but interesting
