I loved this adult fairy tale, this King could kidnap me any day! He's such a sexy beast. I love how all in he is. I also love his princess and how unique she is! This is a short sexy read filled with a naive princess and the King who devours her.

I was generously provided an ARC of this book by the author.

As the synopsis says, this is very insta-love-y. Yet these authors somehow find a way to make it work. I don’t like it as much as the first book; I didn’t find the story as good or interesting. Overall, it is still a cute story though full of sex and alpha kings!

Why don't I ever learn; I shouldn't start an AR book at work, I can't finish it on my break/lunch so I'm left wondering and thinking about these characters all through my work day.

Anyway, loved this! It's way more insta-lovey than other AR books but I certainly didn't mind in fact, it was exactly what I needed. Not kidding, he saw her from across the room and had to make her his.

The chemistry between Karim and Giselle was scorching, could not get enough of this story.

Karim and Giselle were lovely to read about and I enjoyed this way much more than the first one but I feel like this had the potential to be a so much better story if it was longer and if Alexa had it in her to make it that way. I wanted more drama and that shit didn’t even last 24 fucking hours.

Alexa Riley has done it again! What more can I say? I'm loving this new princess series and I'm always left with a huge smile on my face after reading. With all the stressors in life it's nice to be able to open a book and get lost for a little while. These books might not be for everyone since the characters do move very fast but as the authors said don't get caught up into that and just enjoy the story. I took their advice and have been in love with their books ever since! Plus who doesn't want a King to sweep them away and cherish the ground they walk on??

King Karim stopped at nothing when it came to Giselle. I love how possessive yet caring he was when it came to his Princess. Karim loved her outlook on life and never wanted her to change her view points the way her family did. That's what sold me hook line and sinker. Giselle has been sheltered her whole life and being King Karim will take some getting used to. The couple were very opposite of each other but like the old saying goes. I loved how Giselle found her confidence with Karim and in return Karim found happiness he lost after his parents died.

The Fairytale Shifter Series by this author was my favorite and they have now been bumped to number two on the list. I have fallen head over heels in love with this series. These books are perfect after you have done some heavy reading and need a pick me up. Well done again Alexa Riley!
