As previously mention (in my review for book 1), I have already read most of this series (all the way to book 6, with only book 7 left to read or listen). Which can have an upside and a downside. The upside is, obviously this series is good enough that I have consumed it in a quick manner. The downside is...I can not give anything more than a vague review. Simply because at this point, I know everything that is going on, but cannot remember which book it specifically occurred in. Leaving me unable to give much more than the following:
The series follows Huntley as she learns how to navigate being a spy and being in love. The friendships and relationships that she develops despite her training to avoid bonds. And the truths surrounding the death of her mother, who her family REALLY is, and who she is meant to be.
I am really enjoying the series. The audiobooks are (to me) really quick and easy listening. I believe at most the longest book so far has been about 7 hours (give or take a bit). The great thing is that it is very easy to listen to and follow what is happening.
I started the series on a whim, trying to find something that was available at the time, so I could listen to something while cleaning the house. And it has held my attention enough that I have continued on.
I can state that I enjoy the mystery surrounding Huntley's past and her present. Although, I do find her to be slightly annoying in some instances. At first it was slightly difficult to remember all the names and who was who simply because she meets a lot of people, but the further into the series you get the easier it is to remember who falls into what category.

I ate through this book in a couple hours today. I feel like this one was much shorter than the others but still very enjoyable. I am looking forward to the next part, which cannot come soon enough. I need to know what will happen between out protagonist and the Prince. This book also lacked the fun Daniel action that I've gotten used to. He was there, but not as much as I would have liked. I'm actually getting into the love triangle, which is so weird because I normally hate them.

Wayyy too short. And, obviously Huntley will live since there's supposed to be 7 books in this series *eyeroll*
Otherwise one of my favorite series. I hope Huntley and Lorenzo end up together. Yay for a Prince Charming lol.
