The second book in the trilogy does not disappoint!! A brilliant continuation that manages to feel totally fresh and new while keeping consistent everything I loved about the first book. More POV characters! Staying in one small town to solve a more in-depth and chilling mystery! It's unbelievably good!!

Ich würde eigentlich eher 4,5 Sterne vergeben, weil es ein wenig schlechter war als der erste Band.
Es war immer noch unglaublich und ich war genauso begeistert wie beim ersten Mal; aber die lovestory hat mir dann doch nicht so in den Kram gepasst. Sie war ganz nett und süß und ich mochte ja beide Figuren auch aber es ging sehr schnell und ich hatte einfach das Gefühl, dass der Autor generell nicht so gut Romantik schreiben kann, der Rest war nämlich super!
Das neue Team, das dazukommt, erinnert mich ein wenig an Scooby-Doo was witzig war und Virgil und Javier waren ja mal Klasse!
Auch die Unsicherheit von Amber wurden toll beschrieben und auch ihre Entwicklung. Ich mochte weiterhin die Beziehung von ihr und Milo und wie die beiden aufeinander acht geben.

My 14 year old daughter read this. "I loved this story and want to read more. i found some of the story line a bit confusing. Everyone seemed to know something important about one of the character (don't want to give too much away) but the reader didn't. So although it was a big surprise to us, it wasn't for the characters. This felt odd. I did like it and my friends do too." 4 stars from Caitlin

even better than the first one, seeing the development of Amber and Milo’s relationship throughout this one was so endearing, amber is possibly even more annoying but it’s forgivable because everything else in this book is great.
