I am rating this series as a whole 4.5 stars. It is REALLY good. This is the best book of the trilogy, as the last book generally is. This trilogy was different and really refreshing. I feel like I have been reading a lot of 3-4 star books that I completely forget about a day later. That won't be happening with these books!

So good. Talk about some brilliant writing! This series has been riveting and the finale was no exception. Talk about the range of emotions and drama. Loved it! Shay Savage is one of those authors I will read whatever she writes. It's not often you find a book that just totally sucks you in and it's not even really in my preferred genre!

This is a full 5 star awesome read, but I have to say that Lia almost cost it a star. I'm not sure how Shay Savage writes from a male POV so well, but she is so believable it's scary.

As for Lia, I understand that she's had a lot to deal with, she's had some unexpected truths laid out before her that she has had to accept, but that's just it! She chose to accept Evan and his past. Don't choose to stay with Evan and then get skeeved out when he does what he's always done to protect her. Evan is dealing with pressures from all sides and I think he did a fantastic job with handling all of them. Yes, he has a moral flexibility, but she wanted to know that stuff when he warned her that she could not un-know it. To me she was just too whiney after the fact. But, I adore Evan....

This book stressed me out, but in a good way. It was so suspenseful, I felt all twitchy. I kept mentally chanting what's going to happen, WTH is going to happen next!! Good gawd this kept me highly entertained and I even shooed my kids away. What a book! Moving on to the next one.

So Good! I'm just upset life kept getting in the way so that I couldn't finish sooner. This book is well written, action-filled, and a bit of romance between Lia and Evan and me and Odin(the dog). Seriously. If you have not read this trilogy, do so, now.

Oh Odin! I'm so happy to have read this series. I was crazy about my hit man with PTSD. Evan and Lia meant to be.

I loved this series! It would make a great mini series! I liked the writing and the characters.

uggh , so i read some reviews on the two next books. I know, that should be a huge no-no, but i had no intention to read of this series anyway.
Now, after reading those reviews, I FEEL SO MAD. Why not end this story here and move on with other characters?

Now, I'm more than convinced it was a good idea not to continue reading.

OMG! I don't even know where to start, this book was that good! Let me just say though that the whole contract killer/sniper/mob bit totally got in my head and I found myself dreaming about Evan Arden all night last night. To say my sleep wasn't restful is an understatement. It totally made me feel how Evan feels with his dreams. I absolutely LOVED this story! It's intriguing and captivating and kept me reading for hours. I never wanted to put the book down and couldn't wait to get to the end because I just had to know what was going to happen. The end was absolutely perfect and couldn't have gotten any better! Brilliant writing, brilliant story!

Loved the Evan Arden series!! It has everything, action, suspense, and steam with a bit of romance. I could have done without the anal. I seriously think the author may have a fetish. Guys may love it, but sorry a huge majority of women don't!! Other than that though this series was great!
