It was okay. Honestly, I just needed something short to read to add for the GoodReads reading challenge for this year. I thought I'd try reading a romcom book since I mostly steer towards romantic thrillers or just straight up thrillers.
However, I hadn't laughed once reading the book. There was no joke, no witty banter, not even a cliché slapstick. I've read funnier fanfictions than this. If this book was a fanfiction, it would have been under the "slice of life" category.
