Love love love inspector Montalbano. In this story the main mystery is the identity of a murdered woman found at the dump. But there are several plot lines running and the usual cast of quirky characters toiling in the Sicilian police. I understand why this is such a favorite in Italy!!

This book has some of my favorite dialog in all the series.

I didn't enjoy this one as much as the others, but it was still a good story. Lots of corruption going on you still don't find out until the end which is good.
