Following the storyline between Hyacinth and Apollo, I enjoyed the angst and the love shared between them. I felt the anger Hyacinth felt at Apollo’s reckless move and the powerful pain that resulted from Hyacinth’s fall. The storylines interwoven in their story were enthralling, but were not my favorite parts of the book. The ending really took the cake and made my heart swell with happiness that it would not be hopeless heartbeat.

I have no idea how to construct a review for this. I was so emotional and scared when I thought it would end heartbreakingly. This was an emotional ride. The relationship of Apollo and Hyacinth was put to the test. The friendship of Temi and Epiphany. The fate. The comedy. The heartaches. The *wings* 😂. Everything was a ride I blindly go through.
I love book one soo much that I had to read the rest of the book in this series.
