This was hilarious... I'm almost certain I have actually heard people say these kinds of things in bookstores and in a totally different setting when I worked in a gas station.

A short and sweet review for a short and sweet read. Both Weird Things Customers Say in Bookshops, and More Weird Things Customers Say in Bookshops, are by BookTuber Jen Campbell (though for those of you who are interested, she was a published author BEFORE she became a BookTuber, in case that matters to some). These are quick, light and humorous reads that will likely resonate with booksellers more so than bookish people, but are enjoyable nonetheless. I personally couldn't justify £8.99 RRP per book (hardback), but I picked both of these up for £3.99 (paperback) from The Book People.

I loved reading this. So many things were said by the customers that I just couldn't believe! My favourite part was the Dead Parrot sketch though.

I've just burnt through this book in one sitting.

Very funny and sometimes distressing accounts of customer service.

Very enjoyable and a quick read.

One of the most hilarius and "you-talking-serious" book of anecdotes I've the pleasure to stumble across. Definitely one of my favorites reads in 2017
