I liked this one better than the second book, but I still don't know how to feel about this story.
In this book we got to learn a lot about the characters, that's a good thing because I can actually feel a bit more for them. I lost most of my interest in the second book, but this time I can say I actually felt sorry for Avery at the end. It was pretty sad.
It's also kinda difficult for me to keep track of this relationship between Avery and Sean, it's like a rollercoaster, you never know what's going on with them.
Let's see what happens next.

This one is getting kind of goofy and pathetic. Only 3 out of 18 so far and I may be burning out of these. Seems so contrived and ridiculous...it is loosing me..but still the short and fast format is kind of fun.

I seriously need to confess my feelings.
I'm almost done with this pseudo-book, Sean doesn't deserve forgiveness or shit for the matter. It angers me when the guy acts like an asshole, the author then comes up with a very sad past for guy, cause obviously there's always a reasonable explanation for the guy to act like a total twat, and at last the main character has no other option but to forgive him and try to "heal" him. Am I the only one yelling bullshit right now? Just make it all about the female main character for once please, the troubled hot guy is turning into a boring cliche.
SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE THE MEL A FUCKING MEDAL!
Mel, Avery's friends only says stuff that make me scream "Amen"
What.the.fucking.fuck
Sean likes to do what?! I have no words. I've read A LOT of smutty literature, some of that literature make me feel ashamed of myself cause I actually liked the level of kinkiness in them, but even I have a limit. If there's is one thing that should NEVER be forgiven is RAPE. Or even liking the idea or rape. what.the.fuck.
I'm done, I'm so done with this.
Unfortunately, the ending of this book was so inconclusive, I'm mad at myself for wanting to read the fourth one even though I know it's just going to make me pissed again and fuming.

Let me tell you, the 10 days I waited for this book to release was torturous. (Yes, I know I was lucky to only have to wait 10 days) I needed to know what happened next. I was itching for it.
Sean finally rids Avery of that pesky virginity and it was intense and beautiful. Avery knows more than just sex happens but when it's over, Sean bolts. Avery is left confused and hurt. In desperation to understand why he left, she gets a little snoopy and finds a note in his hotel room that says "We Love You -Amanda and Baby". Avery is heartbroken and leaves the hotel.
Sean clearly has a secret he didn't want out but nosy little Avery was determined and now she's left spinning. The back and forth between Avery and Sean is enticing, instead of what is usually written as annoying. I typically start to get annoyed and say "Figure it out already!" but what's between Sean and Avery is exciting and I am loving every minute of it. So many issues, such a unique situation, I don't know if things could ever work out with them. But I am anxious to see HM work it out.
Of course, once again HM leaves us hanging, heartbroken and begging. Without a release date for publishing, the unknown of this torture with stretch out until infinity.... (hehe dramatic)

What I Liked:
A Frosty Chili Fries burger.
--------------------------------------
What I Didn't Like:
Yes, I am still complaining about it being in parts. NEED FULL BOOK NOW!

Favorite Quote:
“Don’t dis my car. She’s been with me through thick and thin.”
“I’ll have her returned to your dorm while we’re out so she can continue to attract scallywags and thieves.”

God, I'm such a romantic (being Cancer helps).. I cannot help myself wishing for them to be together... *sighs* *slaps herslef* Note to self: You don't want to be sad at the end!

Holy goodness! Book three was so emotional, I got a bit teary eyed in a few parts and was a bit of a wreck by the end. I could not read this one fast enough!
I swear Sean and Avery are a match made with all their problems and with how they choose to cope. Sean is a complicated mess and I love him. There were several times that I felt so bad for Avery, constantly having to fight to survive but she is such a good person. I really like her.
There was more Mel in this one too. I love that she’s such a bad ass.
The ending… oh my! What Sean needs. I knew when he and Avery met in book one that he wasn’t totally upfront about what his needs were but when it finally comes out, it’s intense. The end was crushing and I was rather stunned. I'm was all, no! no! no! that did not just happen. I was completely wrapped up in everything – this was a fantastic book, my favorite so far of the series.
Emotionally charged and full of drama and I loved ever single second of it!

Was bringt einen Mann dazu?
