I started this book yesterday and I was highly unsure. But I was hooked by chapter 5. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy these two and the dark world as much as I did. I love mafia style/questionable characters but these brothers honestly held me.
I will say something’s, I wasn’t expecting toward the end but honestly, no holds barred. I will say yes this is very rare type of control and thank you for the trigger warnings.
It is not everyone’s cup of tea but yeah it was good.

Listen this is a wild ride! Please heed the trigger warnings because this book is a LOT! There is
knife/blood play, blood used as lube, sex in front of a corpse, dub con/non con, and a few more.
This story won’t win any awards nor is it a literary masterpiece but it is a fun ride and quite enjoyable.
The characters aren’t morally gray they are BLACK. The MCs do very bad things and make no apologies for their behavior. I think this the darkest romance I have read but there is still a lightness to it that doesn’t make it heavy on the mind/soul/emotional bandwidth. The darkness is balanced by humor and it works.
As long as you can separate FICTION and don’t try to translate the story into a realistic situation I think you will find the book highly entertaining.
There are some issues like grammar and editing but not enough to distract from the story. Waiting on book 2
