Absolutely LOVED this introductory to the Colour of Love Trilogy.
Great characters, awesome story line and it's loaded with mystery! Why is Johnathon the way he is? Can he ever have a relation ship with grace? The build up and link between these 2 characters are on point; J who's dark & elusive and Grace the naive intern who always sees the positive in everyone. Can she be the one to take J out of the dark and into the light?
This book ended in a cliffhanger and now I'm eagerly waiting to see what happens in book2! This was indeed a great intronread to a new author for me

When I first started reading Unbound- Colors of Love, I thought it was similar to other books that I have read in this genre. I was so wrong! It was really good and held my interest. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys Sylvia Day. I received a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
Grace is headed to London to work as an intern for Huntington Ventures. It is a great opportunity that will give her 3 months of experience for her economics degree. She is really excited and a bundle of nerves all in one. She makes one bumbling mistake after another. She wrongly assumes Jonathan Huntington is there to pick her up from the airport. He is kind enough to deliver her to the office. She ends up as his personal assistant. She gets drunk and causes a scene that gets her and Jonathan romantically connected. She has fallen for the unattainable and it will only lead to heartbreak.
Jonathan Huntington runs his own successful company. He has no interest or time for romantic relationships. Grace is a thorn in his side. He wants her but he knows it will only lead to headtbreak for her. His desires are too dark for her innocence.
I can't wait to read the other books by this author. She held my interest and that is always a plus in my book.

Halleluja !

I’m in love with this book. It reminds me of fifty shades of gray but it’s still different and that’s what I love about it. The characters are great and quite complex and I like how the story plot develops and the characters with it. I’m quite excited to read the next book in the series.

I initially said that I would not reference 50 Shades in my review, but after reading the book I have to do just that. Don't be hesitant because this book is not 50 Shades, it is much better. Why is it better? Well, the number one reason is the writing is much better. The story is also way more realistic. Grace is a very naive girl entering her internship. She a believable and tolerable naive girl. She knows she's entering dangerous territory. She has received multiple warning and she herself sees red flags, but she just can't help it because she loves Johnathan. Grace fell in love way too quickly but that is realistic given her age and naivete. The sex scenes are very hot and done in just the right quantity. The sex does not overpower the story, it enhances the story. In 50 Shades, Christian was borderline psycho which made it hard to root for him or like him. Johnathan on the other hand is just turned off from relationships: therefore, making his character more realistic than Christian Grey. I definitely recommend this book to readers. The story is great, the characters are good and the writing is good and the sex is an enhancement. If you like erotic books, this is a good book for you. If you just like to read good books, then this book is still for you. The ending may get some criticism but not from me. I loved how the story ended.
