Remains as charming as the first series, I really connected with the new characters, but actually enjoyed the first book a little more where the central figure from the first wasn't the force people worked around. However, I appreciated it from the perspective to show the shifts between the way the two camps are structured and function.

This is the second best book in the entire series. The plot is phenomenal and so is the writing.

Bättre än första boken i spin-off serien! Mycket mer spännande och så, det jag däremot reflekterat över är att de nya karaktärerna är lite platta. Hoppas verkligen det löser sig under böckernas gång!

Classic fun Rick Riordan. I didn't feel as close to these characters as I did to those in the first series. It just felt a little bit forced to me. Don't get me wrong, I am still going to be on the edge of my seat until next fall waiting to find out what happens! Just missing classic Percy.
