A very intense, steamy alpha romance! Leigh is a reported in the crowd attending the mayoral debate when one of the candidates looks right at her. Suddenly the room is overwhelmed with alphas who are out of control. She is experiencing abdominal pain and then feels her body react. In the scuffle she escapes and ends up being suspended from her newspaper by her editor.

Later that night she decides to go for a run to try and get her mind and body over the discomfort she is still experiencing. A run in a dark park will change her life when she encounters alphas who are after her and she is saved by an intense alpha who wants her for himself.

This storyline has some suspense and danger that along with several steamy scenes between Leigh and her alpha keep the reader fully engaged with the book.
