This is a super cute book about a dog that hates everything except sausages told from the perspective of a puppy dog who wants to play with Gus. I liked the simplicity and bright colors of each page. In the end Gus gives the puppy a sausage to share so it all ends well. Cute read.

The best part is the "little bitty puppy" (at least according to my 3.9 yr old). Gus doesn't like much of anything: parties, birthdays, petting, walking, or making friends. But he does love sausages and the little puppy! Very cute and just silly fun!

I just loved this book! The illustrations are hilarious, and the story is silly as well. I can't wait to share this with the toddlers and ask them fun questions throughout the book.
