This book felt like talking to a big sister who just says everything that you need to hear. So many good reminders that I will definitely be picking this up again in the future.

This book is like each chapter is a letter written from your future self to your present self.
It’s so wholesome, as an audiobook, you can use each chapter as its own meditation for yourself.

For the days I’ve not felt myself, or I felt myself giving love and effort to all the wrong people… this helped tremendously.

The way I needed to hear a lot of these messages, even though some I’m not ready to really process, or go through with — this book was very much a gentle reminder that even on my worst days, I’m still healing, processing, and progressing.

This book reminded me to love myself with the same intensity — if not more — than I love other people because that’s most important.
