Available on Audible plus
I had the audiobook read by Harriet Gordon-Anderson who is excellent with good male voices, and decent voices for the children, she injects a good level of tension.

This psychological suspense / crime is compact with plenty of tension which builds. The blurb only describes a crime scene with the words Find Us written in blood, so all I can say.

The pov is a single mom who has an interesting job, and the kidnappers. The mom is a Tiger.
I have to say it’s a bit different, and entertaining although I felt that the motivation was a bit weak, and a little vague. There are breadcrumbs and red herrings.
It’s entertaining and well worth a listen.

Absolutely perfect. I couldn't stop listening and finished the whole thing in one sitting. The suspense was just right, keeping me on my toes without being overdone, and the ending left me smiling in that way only a great story can. Free for audible plus members and highly recommend.

A fantastic short story that had me absorbed, slightly disturbed, and a little terrified particularly because I am a mother myself. And the ending!!!!! Gripping but at the same time infuriating.

I read this short story in one sitting and couldn't get through the pages fast enough. I loved how it flicked between different POV - mother and kidnappers - allowing you to know things that some of the other characters weren't privy to. This was so well written and it gave heaps of clever clues along the way. Although the motive wasn't fully explained for both the kidnappers, I still throughly enjoyed it. However as a mum I am more than a little freaked out by it.

This was much darker than the other book I have read by this author - Everyone in my Family has Killed Someone.
