A coworker let me borrow this book. I didn't expect much because I'm not typically very interested in mystery/thrillers. What I was missing! This book has rekindled my love for the genre. It was very interesting and had me turning the pages as quickly as I possibly could. I had so much fun reading it. I never try to predict the ending to any book because I think it kind of ruins the surprise... so I just let it take me wherever it wanted to and the ending was very enjoyable. Quite a ride!

Not my favorite by her - but always enjoy her books and writing.
There were a lot of moving parts in this story to keep straight and although I was able to guess a few things, I was still surprised by a lot and the way it ended.

I enjoyed the mystery behind it but every character was insufferable. The sex scenes really ruined it for me. Love a good romance when it makes sense but you mean to tell me this girl is having a mental breakdown about the fact that her entire family is falling apart and her dad may or may not be a murderer and the literal next second all she wants to do is jump the detectives bones? Please.

This was a quick, suspenseful read. Some surprising twists but I liked how it all came together in the end
