So inspiring! I wish I had this book growing up as a little girl. Loved it❤️

Inspiration is everywhere here, like a treasure waiting to be discovered. It’s the kind of book that leaves you speechless at each story and wakes up questions in your mind, or even ideas. Some women I already knew, some I’ve discovered now and each story had something unique that revealed we are all different and we all have our own greatness.
The illustrations are colorful and made me happy each time I’ve turned a page. I will keep this book as a reminder that I have to continue being creative and fight for my dreams for as long as I live.

Ļoti iedvesmojoša grāmata meitenēm, kas domā par sevi sliktu. Šī grāmata būtu noderējusi man pusaudzes gados,kad viss ar mani likās "ne tā".

Lo comencé con mi hermana pequeña, aunque ella a veces se aburría y no lograba entender la verdadera magnitud de las proezas de estas mujeres. Al final me enganché muchísimo más que ella.
Cuenta las historias de mujeres fuertes, luchadoras, que desafiaron y revolucionaron la sociedad en su tiempo, de una forma u otra, a través de la música, arte, ciencia o profesiones. Constantemente apuntaba los nombres para buscarlos y profundizar en sus historias, es muy inspirador tener ese libro entre las manos. Las ilustraciones también son obras de arte, es un placer observar cómo intentan expresar la personalidad de cada una en su dibujo, y que estuviese publicado por crowdfunding sólo aumenta las ansias de tenerlo siempre en la estantería.
Leeré la segunda parte, no tengo duda, ya que no sólo es para niñas, es para todo el mundo.

I recommend it to everyone. Young and old. Yes, the writing is simplistic, cause it's meant for children, but it has motivated me to learn more about the women I'd read about. And I didn't know anything about half of the women from this book, maybe more!

Please, remember, that representation matters. If girls (and boys) see other girls doing things they love, they will not be afraid to do the same.

If you have a child, buy this book and read it together. If you don't, buy it anyway. I assure you, yiu will learn a lot.
