I didn’t like any of the characters. ☹️
The plot was minimal. Which is a fair complaint because the Filthy Rich Series did.
Spoiler alert-they have rules that never follow.
The villain/problems/conviction are weak.
The heroine has short dark hair and thick thighs. That all I got.
Consent was about as relevant as it was at a frat party in the early 2000’s. If you know you know.
This gave me some weak 50 shades vibes.

UGH THE CLIFFHANGER! Anyways, already starting book too. I give this one 3.4⭐️. There was nothing I hated. Its just that Logan and Evie didn’t draw me in completely. It was SPICY AF.

18+ I devoured this book. I would not necessarily characterize this as a stand-alone. The end leaves off with a question that involves your main characters. I think you could live without an answer, but I will eventually read the second book at least.
Spice is top notch, the setup to the story was really good! Snagged my attention. More storyline than intense plot.
Two MFF scenes

It was amazing. I was sure this was going to be poorly written smut but boy, was I wrong.
Story of Evie and Logan pulled me in and I just couldn't stop reading. It was sexy, it was hot and it was memorable.
I have to admit the plot structure (everything going well - big drama - taking a break - getting back together) was pretty obvious but they were so cute and in synch that I'm more than happy to look over it.
I'm a little sad that that I'm not going to read much about them in the next book cause I'm pretty sure the next one is about Evie's bestfriend - Peyton. But I can't wait to read her story as well.

I have conflicting feelings - parts of this were fantastic, 5 star moments & other parts just weren't; so splitting it down the middle with a 3 star rating. I did really enjoy it & was a fairly quick read, but I'm not interested in reading any of the sequels. This one was fine, but I could care less what happens with any of the characters next.
