my intro into anime - manga is a challenge! Fun and interesting!

This manga is so cute! The dynamic is very funny - long-suffering Ayu and well-meaning, but often screw-up Nina. As a series, it’s not going to break any new ground, but for what it is - a high school fantasy comedy, it does it very well. I want to read the next book to find out what’s up Tetsushi and if Ayu will realize that Hikori is a much better crush to have (in my opinion).

A cute nostalgia read for me. I remember watching the anime when I was younger, and I got a chance to re-read the series now again. Cute book with cute characters. Nina is my favorite, I wasn't a fan of the translation and her calling Ayu dear all the time though. It had a good set up for wanting to continue on to volume 2.
