This was a cute light hearted read. It was just what I needed in the midst of #CockyGate.

One night stand turned baby oops is the premise. I like the characters, when they got together sparks flew.

I wish there was more interaction between Ryker and Ava so we could see the progression to love. It just kind of jumped. If it is supposed to be a “boom,” then may want to let readers know.

I am new to JL, but love Stacey’s Nashville series, I will be back for more.

The Only Mistake Here Would Be Not Reading This Book!

All the Winston brothers handle their father's death in their own way. Ryker becomes overwhelmed by the loss and searches out the usual culprits (booze and babes) to try and numb the pain. What he ends up finding is the exact opposite of what he had planned. He begins to feel more than he ever has before. Too bad he never even got her name.

Ava is a reserved girl with big ambitions who lets loose for the first time to find that sometimes one time is all it takes. Things get even more complicated when she realizes that what was supposed to be a one-night stand is now her every day boss. And worse yet, he doesn't seem to remember her or their passionate night together.

Fate works in mysterious ways, and secrets have the power to either build families or shatter lives.
