Absolutely insane and the bonus epilogue had me fighting for my life

Another fun addition to Bridgerton universe. This one was a bit more chaste than the others but still sweet. The epilogue was also the most serious but still good.
Nice way to wrap the series up.

This is the saddest of all the epilogues but still well done and a nice addition to the whole story!

Oof. Way too long. Mostly boring. Too much “man knows best” throughout. Oof.

I think I actually loved this book the most. It had friends to lovers, it had intrigue and it had a HEA. This book gave me so much anxiety but it was just the perfect ending. We got to see more of Kate (Anthony’s wife) and although she was significantly more grown up than when we first met her in book 2, she was still charming as ever. This book centers around Gregory and him finding his love match and happy ever after.

This was a sweet epilogue fraught with some danger but a reminder that true love does exist!

A very weak 3, so more like 2,5.
I think this one was my least favorite out of the series. It was very slow and I couldn‘t really connect with the characters.
The story only got interesting after like half the book and I mean I really didn‘t hate it, it was just a bit boring.

This book has the most plot of Bridgerton books, yet it has the most obnoxious male characters . Aside from Lucy's uncle -obviously- what's wrong with her brother !! How can he know that his sister's betrothed didn't like women and not even tell her ! She was ready to marry a man who didn't even like her kind and be abused by his father to save her brother and her friend, yet she didn't even get the same courtesy!! I'm so pissed

I finally got to the last Bridgerton book, wooh! And I was not expecting the last book to be one of my favorites, but here we are! Gregory finally gets his love story, and after seeing all his siblings find their HEA he is ready for his own! When he sees a beautiful blonde woman named Hermione, he knows he has fallen in love at first sight. Hermione’s best friend Lucy is used to men falling for Hermione, and after finding Gregory to be a kind and well bred man, she works alongside him to help make Hermione choose him. And of course, Gregory ends up falling in love with Lucy, and it’s wonderful.
I’m a huge sucker for the trope where someone is in love with someone, but in the process of getting them to have their feelings reciprocated, falls for someone else. I don’t know, it just makes me feel warm and fuzzy! I think it helped that I genuinely really liked both Gregory and Lucy, and think they were two of the most likable pairings in the series. Gregory’s dramatic flair and openness to love and emotions was really nice and refreshing, and Lucy was so deserving when his attentions turned to her. It was so cute, and the ending was actually pretty action packed! I didn’t like the 2nd epilogue, but I didn’t really like any of them so there’s nothing new there.

Overall I enjoyed this series. Obviously there were a few duds for me, and I still think the first book is disgusting and problematic as all hell, but there were suprisingly three new favorites of all time for me, so I consider this a win for me!
