Another great book from Hiaasen. I love his YA books. This one had less of an eco-warrior spin than the previous novels. This is a fun story about Wahoo, his dad, his friend Tuna, her dad and a fake survivalist on reality TV. There is suspense and mystery and lots of adventure.

Read with my daughter who was probably too young for it yet she and I both enjoyed it together.

Another solid entry from Carl Hiaasen. Perfect read while I recover from shoulder surgery.

Listened to the audiobook, wondering why they were sensor ing the author's colorful language with "bleepin"
When the character describes why he says "bleepin" (to avoid putting money in the swear jar), I mentally commended Hiassen for keeping the language true to life while still YA appropriate.
This book followed form with his others, naturalism and it's danger from the outside world. Not quite as humorous as his other books, but maybe that's the difference between reading my interpretation and listening to "Dawson's" version.

The two fish names (Wahoo and Tuna) tipped it over the unbelievable scale for me.
