Edgar Allan Poe is one of my favourite poets, and he never fails to captivate me. Once you've started reading, you can't stop until you've finished.

I think I would’ve enjoyed this book more if I weren’t a lazy reader. Poetry takes time to appreciate, and as much as I appreciate poetry I don’t really care to take the time to appreciate it (see what I mean, by lazy reader).

Great book! Poe is one of the best author I've read until now in the mistery/horror genre

Poe’s poetry is a mixed bag for me. Some of his poems I really enjoy, some I could not get into, and some of them had me on the fence. There is certainly something for everyone with Poe’s poems, but not everything will be for everything. If nothing else, I certainly recommend giving a few of his most popular pieces a read.
