I love Saitama.  He's so clueless and fun. And Garo is growing on me.

 4 stars.

The most shocking thing by far was finding out Garo is only 18 years old. I'm really happy that the little crybaby kid came back and Garo tried his best to protect him. Also every time Garo and Saitama briefly interact, I crack up. I wonder when they will realize who the other one is.

Also the brief sight of Mumen Rider made my heart swell. When is he coming back?? I MISS HIM!!!
